State milestone inspection
Focuses on structural condition. Applicability depends on the building, age, exemptions and authority requirements.
Local recertification
May include structural and electrical documentation. Depending on the jurisdiction, the same inspection may or may not satisfy both processes. We confirm this using your notice.
Phase 1: visual assessment
A visual examination of major structural components, documented in a report.
Phase 2: when required
If substantial structural deterioration is identified, further investigation is required. The findings determine the additional evaluation and testing.
